House hunting
You shop; Jordan supports. Payment estimates on any address, pre-approval letters tailored to each offer, and strategy talks with your agent when it helps.
Offer accepted
Congratulations — now the clock starts. Jordan locks the plan: rate strategy, disclosures, and a timeline everyone can see.
Processing & appraisal
Fairway's team assembles your file while an independent appraiser confirms the home's value. Jordan flags anything needed from you early — not the night before.
Underwriting
An underwriter reviews everything against program guidelines. Conditions are normal; Jordan translates each one into plain English and handles the back-and-forth.
Clear to close
The best three words in the process. Final numbers are locked, your closing disclosure arrives at least three days before signing, and you know your exact cash to close.
Closing day
Sign, fund, get the keys. Jordan confirms the final figures match what you were told — because surprises at the closing table are the chaos this whole process is designed to prevent.
